The Reno Gazette-Journal has a sit-down with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), who addresses the Ted Kennedy question in a way only a power hungry democrat could.

Q: How will U.S. Sen. (Edward) Kennedy's death affect things?

A: I think it's going to help us. He hasn't been around for some time. We're going to have a new chairman of that committee, it'll be, I don't know for sure, but I think Sen. (Chris) Dodd, (D-Conn.). He has a right to take it. Either him or (U.S. Sen. Tom) Harkin, (D-Iowa), whichever one wants it can have it. I think he (Kennedy) will be a help. He's an inspiration for us. That was the issue of his life and he didn't get it done.

Did the Senate Majority Leader really say that Ted Kennedy's death would help them? These people have no concept of reality. They have no desire to do the will of the people. They have been listening to the mobs of angry Americans shout down this health care reform, but it doesn't matter. Obama's approval rating is 46%, and still falling, yet they continue to ignore the American public as they force their agenda through. This is simply a power play. It has nothing to do with helping anyone. It is the plan of the Obama administration to control energy (Cap and Trade), education (Teacher's Union), and Health Care. Once those positions are in play, the show is over folks. Wake the hell up and demand some backbone from your elected officials. If you're a conservative, you better ask them to reread their Republican oath. There hasn't been a true Republican since Reagan. If you don't agree with either party, call me, I'll welcome you with open arms to the only hope we have left(err RIGHT), the Libertarian Party. Between Reid, Pelosi, Boxer and Obama, this country is being turned into a septic tank that needs pumping.

Debt-Deficits Change During Presidential Terms

On the dusk of Obama pushing Congress to pass a bill that would essentially cripple health care and in turn, the entire US economy, I thought it would be best to just try and get some laughs from this debacle. For those of you that are completely uninformed and influenced by our completely biased news coverage, I'm going to fill you in on the streamlined effeciency and performance of Government based health care. If you want to know what your health care will resemble, go to your local VA hospital for a day. First of all, there's so much bureaucracy, you'll be lost in a sea of people that can't help you because, "it's not their department." Aside form that though, when you leave the VA after spending a day, my challenge for you is to go anywhere in the United States and try to find a group of people who are more apathetic about their job tasks. The people that weigh and sprinkle the salt on the fries and McDonald's care way more about their job than these people. There is no accountability, there's absolutely no rush whatsoever, and there's no recourse for poor job performance. This would be ok if you're a park ranger employed by the Government, but people, this is going to be your mother, your father, your brothers and sisters, and ultimately you lying on the table begging for quality health care. People in Canada and England come over by the droves to get MRI's, Heart stents, cancer treatments, etc, because they know that the system in their own countries would drag their feet until it doomed their fate. I wish someone would start brewing the coffee for all the idiots in this country. Government does nothing right. NOTHING. How many of you have tried to get a new driver's license lately? How many of you have tried to get a marriage license? Been to a welfare office? Been to any state or government facility? People better start taking these issues seriously because soon enough we're all gonna wake up in a hospital bed having a heart attack while all of the staff members are in the break room watching The Young and the Restless and getting fatter.

We're losing our country.

Obama needs nearly 84 Billion more dollars for fighting the Global Contengency Plan or whatever. The scary thing is that Obama, since his inauguration, has proposed more budget dollars than has ever been proposed in the history of our country combined. This shouldd scare everyone. Our President has no intentions of repaying this money. He wants complete and total individualism implosion and government dependency. 40,000 of New York City's 8,000,000 people are responsible for nearly 80% of the city's total operating budget; moreover, the percentage who approve of capitalism in the latest Rasmussen poll (53%) is very close to the percentage of the population that pays (or belongs to a family that pays) any federal income tax (as of 2006, 59%). Indeed, since the top 50% paid more than 97% of all federal income collected in 2006, it is safe to say that the proportion who support capitalism, as opposed to socialism, is almost identical in size to the percentage of Americans who earn enough actual income to pay material income taxes. If you're too stupid to understand this, I'll summarize. If you don't pay taxes, why wouldn't you want to be taken care of by our Government? For nearly 200 years, this country was the the technology, military, humanitarian superpower becaue of its capitalistic ideals. Capitalism inherently breeds competition and prosperity. Will certain people that don't strive to achieve suffer? Of course, but everyone, and I mean everyone, regardless of race, background, broken homes, religion, sexual orientation, has a chance to achieve greatness. Punishing this achievement, apologizing for America, and denigrating capitalism is all that our President does these days. If people don't wake up and realize that what has made this country great, is exactly what our leader, our President, is trying to eradicate, we're all doomed for statism mediocrity.

Hey White House, I'm not as stupid as the people that voted you in office...

The White House knows how big of a pile our President stepped in this week when he blatantly bowed to the Saudi Arabian King Abdullah at the G-20 meeting in London. They immediately started damage control saying, and I paraphrase, that President Obama partook in a two handed shake with King Abdullah, but was much taller, and therefore, had to lean down. White House...are you shitting me? That's actually not even a euphemism. I mean, seriously, are you trying to shit on me? I know most of the people that elected our President are dumb enough to believe this caca, but I myself, I'm actually capable of viewing a video and understanding what actually happened. Our President bowed to the king of a country that perpetuates and sensationalizes Islamic terrorism. Hey Mrs. Michelle Obama, I know what you mean, because this week, I've never been more ashamed to be a citizen of the United States of America.
